As a 121 appointment ONLY based business it is recommended that you telephone the salon first instead of just visiting, as I will likely be with a client already and unable to attend to you.

How To Book

beauty-salon-appointmentsPlease note I DO NOT  take bookings or answer messages via social media, ALL bookings & enquiries have to be made either via text or phone call. Blocked/restricted numbers will not be answered or replied to.

When booking an appointment please make sure you have the following details ready:

  1. Type of Treatment Required
  2. Days & Times You Are Available
  3. If You Are a New or Existing Client
  4. Inform the Salon At the Time of Booking of Any Special Requirements, Medical Problems, Medication, Recent medical care/treatment,Pregnancy etc.

Answer Machine Guidelines

Please remember that if I am in treatment the answer machine will be on. I cannot interrupt appointments, as I want to give you my full attention when performing a treatment. To ensure that you get the information or appointment that you require, leave your name, numbermessage.

Please be patient, I will do my best to contact you as soon as I am able to. Remember the salon is busy & I can have continuous treatments all day. You will receive a call or text at some point that day.

Payment Information

The salon accepts cash or card payment. Bank transfers can be accepted but, this is payable BEFORE any treatment. Any courses of treatments are to be paid in full with the first treatment.

All new clients will be asked for a £10 ( more if a number of treatments  or a long appointment is required) NON REFUNDABLE booking fee. ( see cancellation policy) This is paid via bank transfer at the time of booking  & comes off  the cost of your treatment on the day. your appointment will only be booked & confirmed once the booking fee has been received. If your booking fee has not been received within 24 hours of requesting an appointment then the appointment will be cancelled.

Need to Know

Please remember to inform the salon of any medical ailments, pregnancy & disability, especially if things change regarding any medications, illnesses etc- regardless of how small before each treatment, let me know in good time so that i am able to change your treatment or aspects of it if i need to.

If you need to be out of the salon for a certain time on the day of your treatment or if your treatment is for a special occasion please let me know & I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
