Like everyone else I have bills to pay. As a small business the effects of clients not showing for an appointment or cancelling at the last minute can be extremely detrimental to the salon.
To keep the salon viable, running smoothly and in fairness to other clients I would greatly appreciate at least 24hrs notice of any cancellation or alterations to any appointments. I know emergencies and situations beyond our control can sometimes happen, but it is very difficult to fill an appointment last minute with little notice as people have normally made other arrangements.
I will do my best to work with you however, for clients who cancel regularly with very little notice the salon strictly enforces payment up front of the full cost of your treatment for future appointments and habitual abusers of this policy will not be offered any more future appointments with the salon at all.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your non refundable booking fee will be forfeited.
If you have to alter the day of your appointment, your non refundable booking fee will be carried over to your next appointment. This will only be allowed to happen twice-you can alter your appointment on two occasions for the same treatment, if you alter for a third time your non refundable booking fee will be forfeited and you will have to pay another non refundable booking fee to secure a new appointment.
Lotions ·n· Potions understands that unexpected and last minute problems can arise, but it would be of enormous help if you are going to be late for your appointment to telephone or text the salon as soon as possible.
This helps provide the salon and each client with the best available use of their allotted time slot. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible but treatments may have to be shortened or postponed in order to keep other clients running on time.
